|
|
The Acquired Brain Injury Study, in which Harborview Medical Center is employing SPECT scan technology to demonstrate the effect of HANDLE programs on the structure and function of the brain in adult survivors of brain injury, now has four participants for the pilot portion of this study.
The first study participant has
completed his six-month program with excellent functional results.

The second study participant, who is also reporting positive results, has completed more than half of his program, and our third and fourth participants have only just embarked on their programs.
The HANDLE Institute is still accepting Puget Sound residents as recruits for this
study. If you or an adult
