Jim NiblettDear Judy and Jim,
I cannot begin to thank you for the change you have made in my life. It has only been two weeks and already I feel like a new person. I really mean that. Every time I do something since being cured of my Tourette's, I feel like it is the first time that I have done it. Simple things like going to the store, driving in the car, talking with a friend - are all new to me since I don't tic anymore. What a pleasure it is to carry on a conversation and not have to concentrate on my tics. I feel so focused, alive and full of energy! My favorite expression is, "I am a new man!". I especially love the night time after I do my "exercises" when I can hit the bed and sleep solid until the morning. Gone are the days of tossing, turning and never feeling like I got a good enough night's sleep. Now I sleep like a rock! I must admit that I was skeptical about the HANDLE Institute right up until a couple of weeks ago. But in two short weeks, I am now a believer.
Judy and Jim, you both commented on my strong handshake when we first met. At the time, I told Judy that part of the reason for my "death grip" was that my trip to the HANDLE Institute was the culmination of years of searching, experimenting and praying. To meet you that day was exhilarating. It was so amazing to think that these were the people that God sent to cure me. Do you have any idea of the impact your work is having on people? I tell everyone about my experience. There are so many people who need your help, and it is my one-man mission to make sure that they find the HANDLE Institute.
I'm sorry that it took so long to send this note of thanks, but I wanted to make sure that the exercises were going to work before I thanked you. Please also send my thanks along to the rest of the staff. I enjoyed meeting each of them. You all made our trip to Seattle extra-special. Be sure to pat each other on the back for the wonderful work you do. And when you come into work each day, just think of how many "new lives" are out there because of each of you. If there is anything that I can do to help, please let me know. I want to give back to you for the wonderful new life you have given me.
Free at last,
